It matters on what you are looking for.  To run your marketing operations, I charge 3k a month minimum.  While other businesses have had me come in and audit the current work going on by other agencies and make sure they are tracked. Each business is different so I structure my rates during our strategy call.

I do not do contracts.  I work month to month and let you know what I will be doing that month.  My services are hyper focused on growth so each month could be different.  It just matters on what is needed. 

Short answer: It matters but typically no.  

I first look at your marketing operations to make sure we have everything covered.  Then we do work in sprints.  It’s the same with PPC.  

I try to not do one off work anymore.  My goal is to automate and optimize your marketing operations so you get time back and can focus on making more revenue working less hours.
